- Whatever your preferences, informal reportage photography or more traditional formal shots, Alex's relaxed friendly approach as a wedding photographer will help to put you and your guests at ease. Vibrant colour, classic black and white and other effects can be combined to produce a stunning photographic record of your wonderful day.
- Wedding photographer based in the Cotswolds, on the northern edge, covering weddings across Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Northamptonshire, Cheltenham , Banbury and Stratford upon Avon. However, we are happy to travel to other locations so please do get in touch!
- Alex aims to create a bespoke service to meet all your requirements and to suit your big day, your style and your budget. The suggested packages and prices listed are a guide and may form the basis for your day, but please contact us to discuss your own wedding preferences.

The ½ Day Package
The ½ day package is aimed at those wanting to capture the essence of the wedding. The precise nature of what is included can be tailored to your preferences and the timings of your day. You would have a photographer available for a period of approximately 3-4 hours.
Typically, this would include arriving at your venue in time to photograph the guests arriving and the arrival of the wedding party, photographs of the ceremony (venue permitting) and post ceremony photographs, including any formal groupings if desired, wedding party leaving etc.
Also included - a set of high quality professionally produced prints, together with access to your photos via our private online gallery, where further prints can be ordered directly.
The Full Day Package
With a photographer available for approximately 7 hours, you can capture a much greater part of your day.
In addition to the ½ day package, this might include capturing the bride or groom preparations at home and the early reception toasts, speeches and cake cutting. Again, the detail of Alex's coverage with this package will be your choice.
Our standard photo album would also be included plus an additional set of prints, together with access to your photos via our private online gallery, where further prints can be ordered directly.
The Complete Package
Allowing you to capture your special day in all its glory!
In addition to the the Full Day package, we would be there to capture more of the reception as it unfolds.
As well as this, we will provide you with your photographs at high resolution on CD/DVD. This complements the standard photo album and prints, and our private online gallery, where further prints can be ordered directly.

Bride / Groom Preparations
Beautiful images to remind you of the anticipation and excitement of the morning preparations on the Big Day. We would generally capture the Bride and her attendants.
Guests Arriving
The part of your day you don't get to witness – we can arrive at your venue to capture informal shots of your guests arriving and mingling in anticipation prior to the ceremony.
Post-ceremony Formal Shots
Alex will discuss 'required photographs' with clients prior to the wedding to ensure that we can capture all the formal photographs you require. There is usually an opportunity for these photos at the ceremony venue immediately after the ceremony but you may prefer these to be taken elsewhere, or at the reception venue if this is different. If you do not require formal portraits, we can take reportage style photographs of the wedding party and guests post-ceremony.
Toasts, Speeches, Cake Cutting
The tear in the Father's eye, the glint in the Best Man's! Record the much anticipated speeches as the Wedding Breakfast or reception gets underway.
Pre-wedding Photo shoot
We are able to provide an additional photo shoot of you both either before or after the wedding. This can be at a location of your choosing or in a studio setting
Photo Album Upgrade
Included in our standard packages is the classic 10-page Artemis album. You may require something a little different, more pages or a different style. We are able to offer a range of albums and can give pricing on an individual basis. Often couples choose to select this once they have selected the photographs they want in their album. Engagement / Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot
To complement the photographic record of your Big Day,why not commission a relaxed photo shoot of you both either before or after the wedding, in a studio setting or at a special location? A photo shoot would also make a great wedding gift to the happy couple!
Standard Wedding Box
The Wedding Box holds up to 150 images and is a fantastic way to store and display your prints.
Ceremony
This is the moment that you have both been waiting for! The arrival and entrance of the stunning Bride, stolen glances, giggling flower girls, signing the Register.... We can capture the emotion as you tie the knot - subject to approval by the person leading the ceremony.
Full Reception
Staying with you in to the evening reception, Alex would capture the events as they unfold in an unobtrusive reportage style, including 'first dance' and general merriment.
Standard Photo Album
We have chosen to supply the 10-page Artemis album as our standard album for its sleek looks and versatile layout options. The number of prints included will depend on the layouts chosen. There are various other options for albums, or you may have a special one of your own which we would be happy to layout and assemble for you. Private Online Gallery
Login to your own gallery on our website to see your wedding images at proof stage. When they are finalised give your guests access to your pictures and even allow them to purchase high quality prints directly!
High Resolution Images on CD/DVD
Choose to have a set of high resolution images of your wedding on a CD/DVD. These will then be yours to view on your computer, obtain your own prints etc.
High Quality Prints
A set of prints at 6x4 inches is included in the packages outlined. We get our photographs printed by a professional photographic printing company, on to high quality photographic paper to ensure only the finest results make it into your album or frames. Additional prints at different sizes can be ordered from us, or even ready mounted, framed, on canvas or on acrylic.
Monday - Thursday Discounts Available
More people are now choosing to marry in the week and we can offer discounted rates for wedding bookings on Mondays to Thursdays.
