The following constitutes the full and final terms and conditions of a wedding photography engagement

The Booking - A Booking shall constitute an arrangement between Alex Lilley Photography and the client to attend a venue as agreed to photograph a wedding. The exact nature, coverage and cost of this will be agreed at the time of booking. It may be possible for adjustments to the exact nature of coverage to be made by arrangement prior to the event date.

The Fee - The Booking can only be secured upon payment of a 25% non-refundable Booking fee. Payment of this fee will consititute the acceptance of these terms in full. Subsequent amounts representing 50% and 25% will be payable four weeks before the date of the wedding and upon production of proofs within the online gallery respectively.

Cancellation - In the event of the client cancelling the Booking, the 25% booking fee will be non-refundable. A cancellation within 1 calendar month of the wedding date shall render the subsequent 50% payable, totalling 75% of the original agreed fee. Should the client wish to change the date of the wedding this shall also constitute cancellation, however, should Alex Lilley Photography be available on the new date, we would look to simply switch the date.

Copyright - As per the Copyright and Design Act 1988, the copyright of all images shall remain the sole property of Alex Lilley Photography at all times. Any images supplied, in print or digitally will be provided for personal use only and may not be copied or reproduced except by prior arrangement.

Limitation of Liability - In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.
